    Although the listing says '20 pairs Lint Free Collagen Eye Patches Pads for Eyelash Extension', there is no collagen in these eye pads. Also they were supposed to be free postage and I had to pay a £1.50 surcharge for postage because the seller did not pay enough postage. No communication from them after I sent a message to them. Very poor customer service. Will not be purchasing from them again!

    The item is faulty and after contacting the seller they advised they would come and fix it and it's now been 2 months and they are not replying !! Very upsetting for such an expensive piece of furniture! Do not recommend them they will take your money and not want to hear from you if you have a problem! They admitted it was faulty via message and tried to send instructions for me to fix myself! Dry upsetting
