  Product arrived and sadly the j was broke and the E was squashed, packaging wasn't sufficient a s only bubble wrap on top of package. And clealry the initials hadn't set property before sending. Seller offered a refund on return or 2 pound off initially, which I refused as I'm on a time schedule for grandsons 1st birthday cake, and obviously I would also have to pay to return. So I'm making the most of a bad situation. Seller then offers me 3 pound which I refused, but she went ahead and refund
