  Absolutely appalling, I didn’t receive my item and this company refuse to chase the courier, they expect me to, when I paid delivery charge and good money for the product, I shouldn’t have to try and chase something throu a company they chose, they’re not willing to help, didn’t go above and beyond, so I’ve now lost £40, definitely won’t buy or recommend here again, I can’t afford to lose money like this, they didn’t offer any kind of help or resolution, I think it’s a scam
