  The seller, having read my review, acted quickly to address the concerns I expressed in my review. They offered an apology for the behaviour of the carrier, made a sizeable reduction in their delivery charge and promised to address any damage which may have occurred (so far I have only found superficial damage to the paintwork of the frame which I can easily rectify) I am really impressed with the seller s quick and generous response to my issues. Well done!

  pleased with the door and fitted ok. Not so impressed with the tracking/ delivery. Arrived a week before expected and so wasn’t in so had to try again. Communication about that wasn’t great. I was also bit annoyed that you have to buy the sill separately that I didn’t know, so have had to fit without one.
