    I ordered another pack at the same time, the other one arrived and this one didn’t and I messaged twice but my messages were ignored although this has now turned up 11 days after ordering. As stated in my other feedback bath bombs smell lovely but the box they are in need to be put in a plastic envelope rather than just stick the address labels on the box as trying to take it off ruins the box which isn’t great when giving as a present

    I brought on 10th Aug due between 13th and 18th Aug. I got a message with tracking number on 16th with 48 hr delivery email on Tuesday 19th at 14.14 to ask where items are no response Then I get a message saying it’s coming Sunday 17th Aug Then on order page it say items are with courier arriving Monday 18th Now tracking number says it was accepted at parcel shop at 14.49 19th Aug. No idea when this will arrive. I will not be ordering from them again or recommending them. Very disappointed

    and how is that our fault we posted on the correct day we dont control the courier services and you messaged last night. parcels are collected we send over 100 every day we dont even go to post office. this is reason we are leaving ebay
