    L’oggetto doveva arrivare Max il 8 gennaio perché era un regalo di compleanno per mio figlio il 12 gennaio. Oggetto mai arrivato e mettendo il codice nello spedizioniere non veniva riconosciuto. Inesistente. Ho contattato il venditore dopo l’8 e mi ha scritto che l’oggetto è andato perduto si sono perse le tracce e sono stato subito rimborsato. Va bene il rimborso ma mio figlio è rimasto senza il regalo che aveva scelto.

    El voto negativo tendría que ser para el transportista que ha perdido el paquete, su hijo se quedo sin el regalo y nosotros con el voto negativo y todas las perdidas económicas y el tiempo que perdemos reclamando los gastos. Vamos todos los perjuicios económicos y molestias para nosotros, aparte del enfado por su hijo, no ha tenido perjuicio económico. Al final sin comerlo ni beberlo somos nosotros los perjudicados.
