    I ordered the beige toilet brush and holder but a white one arrived, I messaged the seller and they offered me a small discount if I kept it, but I said that I really wanted the colour that I ordered so they gave me a full refund and said to keep the white one as well, you cant fault the seller for the quick response and refund.

    Not happy as I thought I had ordered a Large bin as title said Large 60L Garden Incinerator. A medium size was delivered which is too small. When I contacted supplier for explanation they just abruptly said it was correct and description stated a medium. I only saw the title when webpage came up which clearly states Large 60L Garden Incinerator. I am now stuck with a bin that is no good and I have to order from another supplier and pay again. Never use this supplier again as most unhelpful.
