Item didn't work and was advertised as fisher price but was obviously a cheap copy. This was demonstrated by lack of authentic packaging, manufacturer labeling and quality. I have attached photographic evidence. After contacting the seller I was fobbed off with excuses and then a 30% and 50% refund. This was for an item that didn't work. I eventually got a full refund. Absolutely disgusting how this seller is allowed to continue. There is evidence of problems with other items they sell

Well I ordered this sonic screwdriver and there warehouse sent the wrong one with persist and good communication they offered me some of the cost refund and keep the wrong one I refused the offer , then they sent me the right one that I wanted no extra cost and just like the picture it’s beautiful Shinny this company has stood up to There policy 100% to correct the mistake  so I recommend this company so if you want the screwdriver with chrome finish buy from the seller well worth the wait

MY garland was dispatched really quickly. The item is sadly not like the photo in the listing ... there are no bells on it at all.The seller was quick to offer 15% off the price. I asked to send it back . A return will cost a lot of time and energy??? then offered 30% off the priced paid to keep it.
