  Reasonable delivery team. Shipped delicate necklace in padded envelope w/ brown paper. However, I would’ve preferred the item shipped in a small prepaid box or taken extra steps to double insulate the necklace with heavy card stock encompassing the fragile pendant portion which was then wrapped in large bubble wrap before placing it in a padded envelope. Items such as this can be easily broken. Glad it arrived ok. I just hate taking the unnecessary risk. Beautiful necklace great condition.
