    Pleased with the loft ladder, good price, excellent service from UK Build Supplies who arranged quick replacements due to damage resulting from poor courier handling. Manufacturer should improve their packaging - third delivery attempt required additional bubble wrap to survive the journey!

    Normally there is not much to say about the seller other than if the product arrived as advised, however in the case of LBS Builders I was extremely impressed with speed of delivery, actually in well before the advised delivery, which was extremely helpful as I was half way through a job. Regarding the product itself, it is expensive but for a someone who does not consider themselves a great DIY expert but will have a go, it was very easy to apply - nb use lots of water.
