Well packaged, in its original box and it looks brand new and unused, as it was described in the listing. What a great deal for a Le Creuset tea pot that goes for much more if you purchase it new.  great color, discontinued, which is too bad because it’s a beautiful burgundy.     AMAZING!!! I've been on ebay for a while and this is by far one of the best transactions ever. To start it off the seller should be allowed to teach etiquette courses to every other seller. All that aside. Arrived in advance of date given. Was Both,better than described and accurately described..
