I received the radio alarm clock ordered in good time and well wrapped. However when I saw it it wasn't what I really wanted. I didn't realise it wasn't powered by mains supply, but by rechargeable batteries. I started a return procedure and contacted the seller. My return was approved and the seller responded very quickly to say my refund had been processed, and that I could keep the item. An unexpected outcome. Thank you Icauto.
