I moved house in December 2023 & forgot to change my address so the TV stand was sent to my old address and then returned. I messaged & explained what had happened & offered to pay for postage for a replacement. They did send one, straight away and did not charge me. Super polite, helpful and efficient - can't thank and recommend them enough.

However, only downside was the delivery firm Yodel with 3 missed delivery dates and difficulty in contacting them for a resolution. Eventually decided that I had to go and get it myself from their depot. I would buy again from the seller (good item at good price), but courier useless.
