    Item was listed as new. It wasn't. When it arrives it has an Amazon warehouse sticker on it and the box had clearly been opened. This was a second hand product. Seller didn't care. Said to return it to "potentially" get a refund, didn't apologise, and didn't reply to any further messages. This type of seller is why some people avoid eBay. Buy from someone else.

    Well packed, fast delivery, though the item was described as new, it had lots of marks on the tube and a few places on one arm(Must have been like this new as the packaging was great). A countersunk screw needed a little more depth in the part it goes into as it stuck out too far once tightened and would have damaged the desk. Good value though, hidden out of sight so the marks are not seen. However it was described as new.
