    Quality control is lacking, my parcel arrived damaged in transit, but then Inside was okay, but they didn't supply the correct parts, I didn't have 1 of the central columns, instead I had 2 mounting brackets. How this happens I'm not sur, but i messaged the seller and they did eventually send me the missing part. The build quality isn't great either, it was cheap but some things are obviously cut cost for no real reason. The appearance is okay, it honestly looks different to the pictures

    Item was spot on, of good quality and sound construction - just what I wanted. Seller recommended as it was sent out on time. However, only downside was the delivery firm Yodel with 3 missed delivery dates and difficulty in contacting them for a resolution. Eventually decided that I had to go and get it myself from their depot. I would buy again from the seller (good item at good price), but courier useless.

    Item was listed as new. It wasn't. When it arrives it has an Amazon warehouse sticker on it and the box had clearly been opened. This was a second hand product. Seller didn't care. Said to return it to "potentially" get a refund, didn't apologise, and didn't reply to any further messages. This type of seller is why some people avoid eBay. Buy from someone else.

    Currently I can only comment on the performance of the supplier - which was great! I moved house in December 2023 & forgot to change my address so the TV stand was sent to my old address and then returned. I messaged & explained what had happened & offered to pay for postage for a replacement. They did send one, straight away and did not charge me. Super polite, helpful and efficient - can't thank and recommend them enough.
