  USPS damaged the headsculpt, an eighth of an inch had been ground off. Replacement arrived in pristine condition. The company didn’t wrap the product in any protection with either shipment. However, the company was amazing to work with! I sent pictures since it was nigh unbelievable how horrible the damaged was. The company immediately responded back offering to send a replacement or issue a replacement. Replacement arrived in 3 days.
