  Received the jacket in reasonably good time. Slight issue with the colour discription, advertised as brown, it was actually more grey with brown trim. On contacting the supplier the communication & speed of response was excellent. The issue was resolved amicably & satisfactory.   Received my order and was very pleased with the quality. The fit was spot on and felt very comfortable. Delivery was a little disjointed, as received email stating it had been delivered, however there was no sign. Contact the seller and they advised it had been delivered to my neighbour, but nothing I had access to advised me of this! Overall not a bad experience.
