Item was listed for sale or located in NY. Item was shipped from Pakistan. I had to demand that the seller ship the item by a certain date or issue a refund. When I asked for a tracking number, seller refused to provide even though I paid $20 for shipping. Ebay should not allow sellers to lie to buyers like this.
