    I was satisfied with the shipping, packaging, and condition of the owners manual. The item was as described, and even though the manual can be obtained online, I think that it's more convenient to have a paper or printed copy of the manual and may add a bit to the value of a piece of equipment that has a printed owners manual. There was no communication with the seller, but there didn't seem to be a need for communication, do that was OK. The cost of the manual seemed to be reasonable to me.

    Shipping was quick, received a day earlier than expected. Mailed in weather protected plastic packaging. You can't beat the price for a quality print. Item is exactly as described and, to repeat myself, the quality of the print is fantastic. All the small details and pictures are easily read with crisp lines. I have not bought anything like this from anyone else, but I can't imagine anyone else doing this any better. I will certainly buy from this seller again if the need arises.
