    Was supplied with a magnificent quality specimen. Presented well it a smart wood frame. The only issue I had is that it came with no collection data despite the item description stating.. " On the back of the frame you will find the name and any collecting data to add provenance". I contacted the seller without receiving a reply.

    Customer ordered the item and demanded the biggest butterfly i could find, Then MSG'd me regards dispatch time that they were not happy about how long its taken, when it states howlong it could take( the item was not late been dispatched) Customer then opened a dispute case that the item had failed to arrive, but as soon as i put tracking on they closed it as it showed as been delivered, then complains about not data, data is only provided if wild, these are farmed in peru. !! banned !!
