Had to ask eBay to step in and send a refund. Left negative feedback. Seller then reached out to me and offered to send a different set of bulbs completely free if I would change my rating to Positive & 5 star. Moral of the story: order from them! If they end up not sending the product you ordered, you might be able to get bulbs for free like me! :)
