  The preamp was packaged in a shipping bag not a box so it arrived damaged and I didn't realize until it was installed. I did do a preliminary test to make sure it worked but I did not realize nothing else worked. The seller did send me a new one at no extra charge

  I like how the filters are changeable with traditional swan filter tips. I haven't tried it yet but it seems like a very good design and idea 😬 only downside Evri takes a very long time to deliver to my area, but i highly recommend seller they are very friendly and helpful 👍🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
