  Accidents happen and my ornament arrived broken; however, my communication with the seller and the resolution was extremely prompt and spot on! They answered my emails quickly. They asked for additional picture documentation so that they could turn it into USPS which I was able to provide them. And within an hour of receiving the damaged product, I had a refund.
