  My original package was damaged in the mail, and I could not use the product I ordered. I notified the seller who immediately responded to me. They apologized for the inconvenience and said a new package would be sent to me asap. They indeed followed through with their commitment. I received the replacement package, as promised, very timely and in very good condition.

  Bottles all arrived in good condition and were very well packed. In spite of the US postal service taking a long time to get them to me from Miami (port of entry for this shipment), they still arrived within the estimated arrival date range. Very pleased with this transaction and I will order more from this seller when needed - and when regular Pickapeppa is available!
