  My original package was damaged in the mail, and I could not use the product I ordered. I notified the seller who immediately responded to me. They apologized for the inconvenience and said a new package would be sent to me asap. They indeed followed through with their commitment. I received the replacement package, as promised, very timely and in very good condition.
