They always send pictures what they are packaging and package them extremely well.   I am truly amazed by the seller LEEYELASHOC!!! I have now ordered from them @ 5 times. They are super responsive and always kept me updated about the status of my order. They even sent pictures of it shipping - which by the way, I received in less than 5 days!!!!! The product arrived in great condition and in a protective box. This seller offered me the best pricing and value that I could find online. Dermalogica Power Firm is an amazing product I use for fine-lines and wrinkles!

  Seller responsive! I did know that it had no box, but did not know it was not sealed. No box does not automatically translate to used item. The item was leaking upon arrival and looked like it had been used. So I initiated a return which was accepted and I got my money refunded quickly. Hence the positive seller rating. If an item is open box, the seller needs to indicate it is not sealed and may have been used. I would not have purchased in that case. I gave 2 stars for actual item.
