    Listing said 5x. See attached photo. One arrived. From ordering to delivery listing had 5x removed. Seller blames eBay but only offers I return at my cost. Dismissing any accounatability. So 16 pounds I paid for one bag. Make your own mind up if to use but I certainly I and family will not when I needing future such items.

    This buyer left negative feedback despite my explanation that the product title clearly states it is a one-tonne bag. I also offered for the buyer to return the bag if they were not satisfied so I could issue a refund. However, they insisted that I cover the return shipping costs. I explained that our return policy clearly states that the buyer is responsible for return postage. At this point, the buyer wanted a refund without returning the item, which we could not agree to.
