This is an excellent seller who you can 100% trust. The first item I bought was lost by Royal Mail so the seller sent me a replacement but it did not arrive because Royal Mail delivered to the wrong house so no idea where it is! So, the seller sent me another replacement which has now been delivered. The quality of the picture is very good, the sellers’ communications were excellent but how can any seller stay in business when they are badly let down by Royal mail! Thanks Gavin your a star.

Please IGNORE my comments above, Royal Mail conducted an enquiry regarding the parcel delivered to the wrong address and it turns out that the seller used a duplicate tracking number and the parcel was delivered to the other buyer and not me! I did tell the seller about this after spending a lot of my own time to find out what had happened and the seller did not even reply! So not even sure if the original parcel was actually sent until I started to chase this up. Will NOT be using again.
