    Fast delivery yes but the phone was a stolen or faulty phone, the network was blocked making it unusable for calls which owners usually do when their phone is stolen to prevent it being used. Seller did agree on full refund and return but took about 2 days or more to respond to one message so process of return took alot longer than needed and was stressful. He also agreed to pay for return but didn't pay since fault is on his end not mine and had to wait days for return confirm and refund

    Dreadful service! I paid £244 for a iphone12, with 24hrs delivery . Nothing arrived , emailed after couple days …. Ignored Emailed after that …..ignored Had to get EBay to step in and yes I’ve got my money back , but it took nearly a month and still ….. ignored by the seller . It doesn’t take much to resolve this but there has never been ANYTHING from them
