    I thought I was purchasing New. It was installed and failed to work on 4/5 rings. Contacted them and an engineer duly arrived in quite good time actually and explained when it had been repaired it was not wired back up internally. I contacted customer service and no one bothered to reply. Some would argue it’s been fixed and it’s working. I thought I had purchased new.

    Overall 5 stars because in the end the product arrived as described. However, the delivery driver wasn't great and it didn't arrive in the best packaging... even from van to house it was touch and go as to whether it would survive. A small amount of solvent cleaner was needed to remove a long, long, long standing sticker which had needlessly been put on the glass front. I got what I wanted ... but not really in a way which would make me buy again.

    HATS OFF TO THIS EBAY SELLER. My offer was responded to in no time - immediately communicating regarding delivery, item arrived as promised by a very friendly chap who was so happy to help carry. And to top it all off - what an incredible fridge!! I can barely see the little scrapes on the top!
