  A beautiful painting, exactly as described in the listing. Delighted to have it, and so quickly! Smartly packaged for speedy cross-Atlantic travel. The painting, while not inexpensive when all costs are added up, is an excellent value in my opinion: truly one-of-a-kind, by a talented American Impressionist who traveled widely for his art, and whose technique, subject, and use of color in this piece is so compelling.   Promptly delivered. Combined packaging, although charged for the two items, one was of A4 size and this was only around A5, sent in much larger packaging. With item details being contained within a zoomed-in photo and not the default description, sadly the painting appeared larger than it actually was, and so it wasn’t the size that I was looking for. For that reason, I returned the item at a little over £5. Otherwise, the painting was in good condition and the return was refunded promptly too.

  Much to my surprise and delight, shortly ago I received a phone call from the DHL driver informing me that he was at my front door with a package; he needed a signature on a delivery which was not supposed to arrive until next late next week! The art work was very well, and professionally packed to insure no damage in transit. I cannot thank you enough for all the attention paid to meet my requests, and the great costumer service you have provided me. I look forward to my next purchase.

  As usual a very good experience in all categories except shipping which seems expensive, but arrived well packaged in great shape as pictured. The problem with shipping this time was not with the seller but with DHL. The item was held up at Heathrow because of the fire there that delayed all flights and then at the DHL hub in Ohio US for unknown reasons. Delivery status from then on was unreliable and item delivered though status said it was still at one of their depots. DHL gets low marks.

  First class service. The painting was beautifully packaged. Service and communication was excellent. Needed to delay the postage as I was away and that was no problem for them.
