Item received after initial delay due to first order being damaged in transit. Seller sent replacement which was by this point received late, badly packaged and also damaged with multiple parts missing. No excuse for this item being sent from seller in this condition, truly left astounded at the condition this was received. I am not one for leaving negative feedback but this experience requires urgent attention to ensure it does not happen again especially with high value items.
