  The quality is good, arrived in perfect condition, appearance as expected, value for money, It was supposed to arrive approx 2-3 days but it didn't however I contacted the seller and he immediately put out a search for it. as it was a weekend, I had to wait a further 4 days 2 of them being weekend days. The seller was very helpful however I think the courier let him down! It all turned out in the end for good!

  They reduced the price. I bought it. Waited over 1 week for it to come. Not tracked postage. Messaged and they said it must've got "lost". Funny as they bumped the price back up of this item which shows in stock. I expected a replacement but they wanted to give a refund. Now their price is £5 more than I paid. Another company on Ebay who sells this probably the same seller did the exact same trick. Probably never posted it out. Took my money to Amazon.

  I'm sorry you didn't receive your order! As communicated, tracking information had not been updated past dispatch and upon contacting the courier service, they were unable to locate the parcel. I have also confirmed that at the point of contact, I do not have stock available and cannot say when I will again so I issued a refund so you could purchase it elsewhere, which you have done. I can also confirm this is my only account so I'm unsure of that comment.

  You had initially contacted me in regards to this item not working as expected, to which I had no problem providing you with a method of return. You have left out the part of my message where I requested tracking information or a picture of the return receipt to be sent to me to confirm the return, which you did not. I stated yesterday that I would confirm if I had received it back, and had successfully issued a refund earlier today, prior to this feedback, rendering this feedback false.
