    I purchased a product with a good accurate description except a “stock” photo was used in ad. I asked questions and their responses were quick and helpful. The price was acceptable and the shipping was prompt & fast. In this case one of the photos used was not the version being sold. When I pointed this out & facts were confirmed a return shipping voucher was provided and the refund was immediate. I used the packaging I received. Lensrentals is a very good example of what eBay wants to be.

    Item condition was exactly as described and a great value! I’ve never in my life seen safer packaging! Shipping was a bit slow but not the sellers fault. FedEx just does it thing I guess. Plus it’s the middle of the winter. For an item the size of a quarter though, USPS may have been faster and cheaper. Anyway, very pleased with this seller. I’ll buy from them again.

    Paid for the extra shipping and they did overnight it. Through no fault of the sellers it didn’t arrive on time. I reached out to double check the address it was shipped to as it hadn’t been marked as delivered after 2 days and they refunded me without me even having to ask. Great seller, would buy from again even with overnight shipping because I’m impatient!
