  It took ages to get this item. Ordered 2/10 and received 3/3 only for it to be the wrong item. Seller declined return with no direct conversation with me about it but i guess when you already got your money from a customer and you don’t allow returns it’s not required to have that courtesy. One of the most disrespectful seller I’ve purchased from.

  The customer ordered the wrong item and then opened a case. Ebay made the choice. Please ask us first before opening a case with Ebay. We will do our best to fix any issue.
