    It may seem strange to be leaving positive feedback as the item was damaged during transit, arrived in a royal mail "sorry it was damaged" bag. I contacted the seller and they arranged a refund without question. It's always a risk buying things online however when sellers are quick to rectify issues they ease those concerns. Would happily buy from this seller again.

    A good quality item in excellent condition. It was well packed and very quickly delivered. The flag is already part of an historic display at our local museum, and really looks the part.     Purchased these and 8 International flags from NWFlags and am so thoroughly delighted. Moreover due to intense family issues had delayed placing the order but prayed that I would receive them in time for a multicultural event on Sunday. Contacted Alan and even offered to pay the extra postage to get it all on time but low and behold the items were received two days later and no extra postage.
