The item was too small for me and I had ordered the wrong colour, so I initiated a return and requested a refund. The seller then offered a 50% discount to keep the item, but as the item wasn't suitable I preferred a refund. The seller then gave me a full refund without having to return the item. I can't say fairer than that. So very good service.

Good comms and response time from seller, unfortunately I needed to ask for a refund as Evri are bloody useless in their deliveries; seller issued the requested refund very quickly. I've 5 starred the item for the seller and not the item as evri failed to deliver the item after many changes to delivery time and dates.
