I adjusted my bid accordingly. Vendor used recent high value stamps which arrived un-cancelled. Well packed. Recommended seller but the expensive shipping discourages bidding.

Leo emailed me and said he searched his house top to bottom and could not find this it. He apologized and issued me a complete refund, saying if he ever finds it, he will send it to me at no cost. Mistakes happen. Thanks for the good communication and the refund.
