  This is a very comprehensive scale. I had to remind the seller to ship after I hadn't received a shipping confirmation 8 days after ordering. The packaging was great. I opened the scale and was unfortunately misled as the scale had clearly been used. The listing said "Open Box", not used. It didn't even turn on. There were two different kinds of batteries. I had to replace all the batteries. When I got the app up and running, it said I had already weighed myself 20 times, another used indicator.
