  This seller claimed fast shipping within 2 days of purchase, yet after 4 days hadn't shipped. I messaged them to ship and received a message that my order was damaged during preparation of shipping and that I needed to go through eBay to cancel my order to receive a refund. Why should I need to cancel the order if they broke the item during packaging and could just issue a refund on their own? What a waste of time! STAY AWAY AND BUY ELSEWHERE! This clown doesn't deserve your business!

  The item was mis-labeled as 80 feet of nylon rope. I received 50 feet of polypropylene rope. I contacted the seller and they advised it was their mistake and have agreed to refund my money. That was very much appreciated by me.
