I ordered 7 boxes and only received 6. Received a text stating they wanted me to send the order number. Which I did. I also stated that since the price was the same for 4 to .7 boxes I would except the six boxes. My issue is that I contacted the seller again through the web site and I never got a response.

Excellent customer service and communications! This is the first time doing business with this seller and there was an issue with the USPS shipment and tracking. This was completely out of the seller s control and was within USPS. Never the less, whatever the seller did on their end, the USPS tracking was updated and the product is on its way. Definitely gets a five star rating!!!

Allegedly this item delivered to USPS on 12/4 but it's acceptance was pending. I contacted the seller on three different occasions and did not receive a reply until I opened a dispute. That was on 12/17/23 a full 13 days after allegedly shipped. This item was traveling less than 700 miles from Southern Ca. to Northern Ca. I don't know what happened but there was zero communication on what went wrong. It's too bad. These folks have the best price on a hard to find item but no reliability.
