  Never received the item. Checked in on shipping with seller as USPS stated they were waiting for the item. Seller sent information for an item ordered and delivered to MI in June. I ordered item on 8/20/25 and am in WI. When questioned, I was sent a refund but still wanted the item. Seller asked me to repurchase as they had 3 more but is now charging more so I will be looking elsewhere. Bad business practice for a used item.

  Did not send everything pictured in auction. Purchased the full retail packaging pictured but did not receive it. I was only sent a cartridge/sleeve with no packaging or manual. After inquiring they just resent a cartridge sleeve and an advertising ink pen. You need to ask about their product before purchasing or you may not get what they advertise.
