The Gilroy Garlic Festival bobbleheads arrived on time, well packaged and mostly as described. One of the bobbleheads was unfortunately damaged in transit. I reached out to the sellar and let him know and showed him pictures of the damaged bobblehead. We communicated and he made the sale simply superb. Our communication was absolutely stellar. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase!

First let me say that the lower right hand knob (sensitivity) center was broken and fell out as I unpacked the radio. Do you know where I might get a replacement? Now let me add that this was no fault of your packing. Your methods are perfect.Probably the agent is the culprit. Thank you for a beautiful example of the SX-71. Aside from the very minor mishap everything was PERFECT. Honestly I have never seen any other vendor show this perfection in shipping. Very Sincerely Thank You R C STEWART

Hey R C, I unfortunately do not know where to get a replacement for the knob, I am sure there are some places out there where you could find on. Did you check to see if maybe there is a set screw that holds the knob on. It was common for older electronics. Thank you for the compliments on the shipping. I spend a good amount of time and money on these more difficult items
