We now primarily focus on beautiful, one off pieces of antique or vintage jewellery, which we take great care and pride in sourcing from all over the UK.     The earrings received weren't the same as those advertised so I contacted the seller, but they were unable to find the ones in the photo. However, it ended on a positive note as they offered me the option of a £5 refund (+ the earrings sent) or I could have sent the ones I received back, with a prepayment label & full refund which I thought was fair. I accepted their offer of the earrings sent & the £5 refund. They were very apologetic.
