  As described - brand new - good value but late delivery. Message recv'd from delivery firm that it was on the way and then another message just 2 mins. later saying they couldn't delivery it ! The gentleman who delivered it the following day was polite and helpful however, so I guess it depends on who you get ! Not the seller's fault other than they would be better using Royal Mail.

  Unfortunately the item arrived damaged. The packaging was also damaged so guess that happened sometime during the delivery process not the seller's fault. When raised the issue they responded quickly and upon request initiated a refund without delay. Communication was polite. In overall it was pleasant experience.

  As stated tyvm, would recommend this seller, A**** only down side delivery took almost 2 weeks which even with the long Easter weekend, this was a long time, as they were stated as in the UK.

  Item is as described, delivered promptly and well packaged. My only gripe is, I did order the sky blue mitt but received the pink instead. This is not a problem though, as the item does the job, irrelevant of the colour. Best price in eBay too. Thank you so much.

  I can’t tell you what the bra was like because I didn’t read the description properly and had to cancel. I can tell you though that the seller was kind and I received a refund the next day. I appreciated the help when I had made a stupid mistake. Thank you so much
