    Item arrived with various damage to paint finishes, and packaging in a poor state. My assumption is that the damage was down to the courier. I contacted and provided pictures for the seller. Customer service and communication was excellent and resulted in an agreed amount of refund. The item was easy to put together and good value for the price. I would use this seller again.

    Goods not delivered for whatever reason. Contacted the seller who made an immediate refund. A little annoyed because after I had placed the order I found another supplier selling identical product for £20 less . Had I placed the order with them would I have found myself in the same boat. Who knows ! This product no longer advertised anywhere which was good value and was an identical match to an existing product in our garden. Pity it did not work out but perhaps better luck next time
