  Goods not delivered for whatever reason. Contacted the seller who made an immediate refund. A little annoyed because after I had placed the order I found another supplier selling identical product for £20 less . Had I placed the order with them would I have found myself in the same boat. Who knows ! This product no longer advertised anywhere which was good value and was an identical match to an existing product in our garden. Pity it did not work out but perhaps better luck next time

  Excellent experience. there was a slight problem with finding the assembling instructions in the box but everything was sorted out very promptly and actually it was found hidden at the bottom of the box. I’m delighted with the chairs and table and looking forward to using them very soon. I highly recommend the seller.
