    The seller had great communication even when I asked multiple questions as the shipping company were being very difficult and very confusing. The saddle is as described and my saddle fitter is very happy with it. The box it came in was very squished but the shipping company had placed heavy boxes on top of it. The cost of this saddle in NZ is double brand new so I would say great value for money
