    I'm not sure what actually went wrong, but the package was last tracked in Memphis, TN, where it stayed until I complained. The seller did respond when I indicated that I was going for a refund if not moving on the 9th day. It was supposedly lost, but I speculate that it was not packed sufficiently to make the trip. I never got it,but did get my refund without complaint. I bought another one and would highly recommend this gearbox. I am giving a neutral because the seller was cooperative.
