Very reasonable shipping charge and fast delivery, paid on Friday, received on Wednesday on Media Mail from sea to shining sea. Also, book was shipped in a bubble padded manila shipping envelope with two additional layers of bubble padding inside to protect from rough handling and moistures. Among one of the top vendors .
