The employee managing the shop at the time handled the case poorly and issued a refund without offering a replacement plate, that’s true. What’s not true is the claim about poor packaging. The customer clearly shows in the photo that the parcel has a large crease, which means something heavy must have fallen on it. Our packaging is high quality, and such damage only occurs due to mishandling during shipping.
